6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes custom code, designs, documentation, and financial reports. However, accounting methodologies and compliance procedures remain proprietary to iTechNext.

We provide a 30-day warranty period for all deliverables. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues that prevent the solution from functioning as specified. For accounting services, we provide ongoing support for compliance and accuracy.

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Basic support is provided for 30 days after project completion. Accounting services include ongoing monthly support as part of the service agreement.

For accounting and compliance services, we provide ongoing support to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes updates on regulatory changes and assistance with compliance requirements.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:
