Refund Eligibility

- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe due to our fault
- Quality Issues: If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards
- Technical Failures: If there are technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
- Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before development begins (subject to cancellation fees)
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and situations are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Consultation Services: IT consultancy sessions, strategy meetings, and planning sessions
- Completed Work: Any work that has been completed and delivered to the client
- Third-Party Costs: Expenses incurred for third-party services, licenses, or tools
- Change Requests: Additional work requested beyond the original project scope
- Client Delays: Delays caused by client feedback delays or approval processes
Refund Timeframes
Refund processing follows these timeframes:
- Initial Review: 3-5 business days to review refund requests
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days for approved refunds to be processed
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
Cancellation Procedures
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written cancellation request to mail.itechnext@gmail.com
- Include your project reference number and reason for cancellation
- Allow 2-3 business days for cancellation review
- Receive confirmation of cancellation and any applicable fees

Return/Replace Request Process
For services that require revision or replacement:
- Submit Request: Send detailed feedback within 7 days of service delivery
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2 business days
- Revision Timeline: Minor revisions completed within 3-5 business days
- Major Changes: Significant changes may require additional time and may incur additional costs
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Subject Line: Use "Refund Request - [Project Reference Number]"
- Include Details: Provide your name, project details, payment information, and reason for refund
- Supporting Documents: Attach any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Response Time: We will respond within 2 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Bank Transfer: Refunds to Indian bank accounts (NEFT/IMPS)
- UPI: Refunds via UPI to the original payment UPI ID
- Payment Gateway: Refunds through the original payment gateway
Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery
- Refund amounts are calculated based on work completed and time invested
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that don't meet our criteria
- Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation
