Project Cancellation

  3. Allow 2-3 business days for cancellation review
  4. Receive confirmation of cancellation and any applicable fees

Before Development Starts ₹1,000/- Remaining amount after deduction
During Planning Phase (0-25%) ₹2,500/- Remaining amount after deduction
During Development Phase (25-75%) ₹5,000/- Remaining amount after deduction
After 75% Completion No refund Project must be completed

Return/Replace Request Process

For services that require revision or replacement:

  1. Submit Request: Send detailed feedback within 7 days of service delivery
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Revision Timeline: Minor revisions completed within 3-5 business days
  4. Major Changes: Significant changes may require additional time and may incur additional costs
